Willkie Recruits FCPA Litigation Partner Trio From Mayer Brown

Jason Linder, Glenn Vanzura, and Sonali Patel joined Willkie Farr & Gallagher as partners, the firm announced Thursday.

Linder advises clients on white-collar matters and investigations involving corruption, securities fraud, and other forms of financial fraud, money laundering, tax evasion, and anticompetitive conduct. He will serve as chair of the firm’s Foreign Corrupt Practices Act practice, the firm said.

Vanzura advises corporations, directors, officers, partners, employees, and board committees in securities litigation, complex business litigation, white-collar defense, securities enforcement, and internal investigations matters.
