Willkie Hires Lahme, Ruster as Litigation Partners in Germany

Rüdiger Lahme and Andreas Ruster joined Willkie Farr & Gallagher as partners in Germany, the firm announced Friday.

Lahme focuses on national and international civil litigation, including antitrust and competition matters. He tries cases before German district and appellate courts and has been involved in some of the largest private antitrust enforcement proceedings in Germany, the firm said.

Ruster represents clients throughout the entire lifecycle of a dispute, from strategy development to court proceedings and settlement negotiations. He works with high-profile antitrust litigation, as well as commercial, corporate, restructuring, technology, and intellectual property litigation disputes, the firm said.
