Don J. Macbean has joined Willkie Farr & Gallagher as a partner in the corporate and financial services department in New York, the firm said Wednesday.
Macbean focuses on energy and commodities transactions and derivatives and structured finance transactions, according to Willkie.
He served as a partner at Katten Muchin Rosenman.
