Willkie Farr Nabs Executive Compensation Partner Loden in Dallas

Jason Loden joined Willkie Farr & Gallagher as a partner in its executive compensation and employee benefits department in Dallas, the firm announced Monday.

Loden advises public and private companies, private equity funds and nonprofit entities on executive compensation, employee benefits and tax matters. He provides counsel on the implementation and administration of employee benefit plans, advises on employee benefit and executive compensation issues in mergers and acquisitions, and provides regulatory guidance on compliance with ERISA and the Internal Revenue Code, the firm said.

He joins from Baker Botts.
