Willkie Draws Energy Project Finance Lawyer From O’Melveny

Scott Snyder joined Willkie Farr & Gallagher as a partner in its energy and project finance practice in Los Angeles, the firm announced Monday.

Snyder advises clients on the development, acquisition, financing and sale of complex energy and infrastructure projects. His practice spans project finance, including tax equity, as well as mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and commercial real estate transactions, with significant experience in solar generation, battery storage facilities, wind power projects, transmission infrastructure, airport and seaport facilities, rail assets and other large-scale projects, the firm said.

He joins from O’Melveny & Myers.
