Briony Pollard has joined Willkie Farr & Gallagher as a partner with the privacy, cybersecurity, and data strategy practice group in London, the law firm said Tuesday.
Pollard focuses on the data protection and privacy aspects of corporate, M&A, and private equity transactions, according to Willkie. She has also provided advice on intellectual property procurement, licensing and litigation, information governance and data protection, and advertising regulation.
She previously served as a counsel at Weil Gotshal.
