Willkie Develops London Restructuring Practice With Marc Hecht

Marc Hecht joined Willkie Farr & Gallagher as a partner in the restructuring department in London, the firm announced Tuesday.

Hecht advises on financial stress, distress, restructuring and insolvency matters for varied stakeholders, including creditor groups, capital and liquidity solution providers, secondary investors, par lenders, sponsors and portfolio companies. He has guided clients through some of the largest and most complex European and cross-border restructurings across numerous industries, the firm said.

He joins from Simpson Thacher.
