Sebastian Häfele joined Willkie Farr & Gallagher as a partner in its office in Munich, the firm announced Tuesday.
Häfele focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, public takeovers and corporate reorganizations. He has experience with German and cross-border M&A projects and has been recognized by German legal research guides for his M&A, private equity and corporate practice, the firm said.
He joins from Kirkland & Ellis.
