Stacy Fuller and Jesse Kean joined Willkie Farr & Gallagher as partners in its asset management department, the firm announced Monday. Fuller joined the Washington, DC office, while Kean joined the New York office.
Fuller counsels investment company complexes and advisers on regulatory, compliance, transactional and operational issues. She represents exchange-traded funds and advises on complex affiliated transactions, investments in derivatives, changes of control and other transformative corporate transactions, the firm said.
