Willkie Adds Sullivan & Cromwell PE Partner Hamilton in New York

Brian Hamilton joined Willkie Farr & Gallagher as a partner in its private equity and M&A practice groups in New York, the firm announced Monday.

Hamilton’s practice focuses on private equity and M&A transactions both in and outside the US across various industries. He regularly advises on private equity and venture capital transactions, buyouts, strategic investments, and mergers and acquisitions across sectors including digital infrastructure, consumer products, energy, hospitality, and financial services, the firm said.

He joins from Sullivan & Cromwell, where he was co-head of that firm’s Private Equity Group.
