Willkie Adds Debra Franzese as Private Funds Partner in New York

Debra Franzese joined Willkie Farr & Gallagher as a partner in its asset management department in New York, the firm announced Monday.

Franzese maintains a fund formation practice across various asset classes and strategies, advising sponsors and managers of private investment funds. She focuses on fund formation and structuring, fund offerings and investments, and domestic and offshore partnerships and investment vehicles, the firm said.

She joins from Seward & Kissel.
