Dale Smith has joined Willkie Farr & Gallagher as a partner with the corporate and financial services department in Houston, the firm said Thursday.
Smith represents energy industry clients in transactions such as upstream, midstream, and downstream oil and gas, renewable energy, power, and energy finance deals, according to Willkie.
He previously practiced at Mayer Brown.
