Wilkinson Stekloff Nabs Product Liability Partner in Miami

William Geraghty will join Wilkinson Stekloff as a partner in its new Miami office, the firm announced Monday.

Geraghty brings more than 30 years of experience trying high-stakes cases to verdict in courts across the country. He represents tobacco, pharmaceutical, medical device, and technology companies against compensatory and punitive damages claims in product liability litigation, and his complex civil litigation practice includes class actions and MDL proceedings involving mass tort and commercial disputes.

He joins from Shook, Hardy & Bacon.
