White House, CIA Veteran Joins Eversheds Sutherland (Correct)

Neal Higgins has joined Eversheds Sutherland as a partner with the data privacy, security, and technology group in Washington, D.C., the firm said Monday.

Higgins has served as deputy national cyber director at the White House and director of the Office of Congressional Affairs and associate deputy director for digital innovation at the Central Intelligence Agency.

He will counsel companies through congressional hearings and investigations and advise on cybersecurity, insider threat programs and advanced technologies, according to Eversheds Sutherland.
