Kevin Spencer joined White & Case as a partner in its global commercial litigation practice and global tax practice in Washington, the firm announced Wednesday.

Spencer represents multinational businesses and ultra-high-net-worth individuals in complex tax disputes before the Internal Revenue Service and in federal courts. He advises clients on tax accounting, civil and criminal tax penalties, IRS procedures, reportable transactions, and tax shelters, the firm said.
