White & Case Taps FTC Deputy Director Rao as Antitrust Partner

Rahul Rao joined White & Case as a partner in its global antitrust practice in Washington, the firm announced Wednesday.

Rao joins from the Federal Trade Commission’s Bureau of Competition, where he served as a deputy director. At the FTC, he oversaw the agency’s investigatory and litigation strategy across health care, pharmaceuticals, biotech, retail, consumer goods, labor, and private equity.
