Drew Valentine joined White & Case as a partner in its global capital markets practice in New York, the firm announced Tuesday.
Valentine advises on complex corporate finance and equity capital markets transactions, including IPOs, secondary offerings, and convertible notes offerings, with a focus on the semiconductors, quantum computing, retail, and life sciences sectors, the firm said.
