White & Case Takes on Patrick Sarch as Partner in London Office

Patrick Sarch has joined White & Case as a partner in the global mergers and acquisitions practice in London, the firm said Monday.

Sarch, who rejoins from Hogan Lovells, will be head of UK public M&A in the London corporate/M&A group.

He advises clients on corporate finance, cross-border and domestic public company M&A, with particular expertise in competitive and hostile situations, innovative structuring, and securities law, according to White & Case.
