Ryan Tou has joined White & Case as a partner in its global capital markets practice in Hong Kong, the firm said Wednesday.
Tou advises issuers, underwriters, and investors on complex capital markets transactions, securities, corporate, and governance matters, according to White & Case.
He joins from Allen & Overy.
