Anthony Tama has joined White & Case as a partner with the global capital markets practice and global financial institutions industry group in London, the firm said Monday.
Tama advises global investment banking firms, commercial banks, and public and private corporations on multijurisdictional finance transactions, according to White & Case.
He also has experience with the high yield and bank aspects of acquisition financings, refinancings, and out-of-court debt restructurings, White & Case said.
He joins from Cahill Gordon & Reindel.
