White & Case Recruits M&A Partner Nieto From Reed Smith in DC

Sue Nieto joined White & Case as a partner in its global mergers and acquisitions practice in Washington, DC, the firm announced Wednesday.

Nieto advises on mergers and acquisitions involving public and private companies, private equity funds, SPACs and joint ventures across a variety of sectors. She has prior experience serving as in-house counsel at a quantitative trading firm, the firm said.

She joins from Reed Smith.
