Anne-Sophie Noury joined White & Case as a partner in its global financial restructuring and insolvency practice in Paris, the firm announced Friday.
Noury works on the restructuring of debtor companies, and has advised distressed funds and corporates on the takeover of French companies via share or asset deals, the firm said.
She joins from Weil, Gotshal & Manges.
