Gabriel Salinas joined White & Case as a partner in its global mergers & acquisitions practice and global energy industry group in Houston, the firm announced Monday.
Salinas, who joins from Mayer Brown, advises private equity sponsors, funds, sovereigns, multinational corporations and financial institutions on international and domestic mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures. He has energy and infrastructure investment experience spanning low-carbon, CCS, clean hydrogen, clean ammonia and LNG projects, the firm said.
