Sten Olsson has joined White & Case as a partner with the global mergers and acquisitions practice and global private equity industry group in Helsinki, the firm said Monday.
Olsson advises international and Nordic private equity firms and corporations on mergers and acquisitions, investments, carveouts, and divestments, according to White & Case.
He served as a partner and head of the M&A group at Hannes Snellman.
