White & Case Hires M&A Partner Ian Ivory for London Office

Ian Ivory has joined White & Case as a partner in the global mergers and acquisitions practice in London, the law firm said Tuesday.

Ivory advises clients on international M&A, private equity, and venture capital, with a focus on the technology industry, White & Case said.

He joins from Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner, where he served as a partner, co-leader of the firm’s private equity initiative, and leader of its EMEA private equity team, according to his new firm.
