Dylan Glazier joined White & Case as a partner in its global debt finance practice, investment funds practice, and global financial institutions industry group in New York, the firm announced Tuesday.
Glazier advises lenders and borrowers on bilateral and syndicated subscription lines, management lines, NAV and hybrid facilities, letters of credit, and other secured and unsecured lending arrangements, the firm said.
