White & Case Hires Catherine Hill as Tax Partner in London

Catherine Hill joined White & Case as a partner in its global tax practice and global private equity industry group in London, the firm announced Wednesday.

Hill advises corporates, individuals and funds on transactional tax matters and strategic tax planning, focusing on mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions. She also advises on management incentive schemes, international group reorganizations, UK employment tax, real estate transactions, and corporate finance transactions, the firm said.

She joins from Latham & Watkins.
