Peter Mason has joined White & Case as a partner in the global debt finance practice in London, the firm said Tuesday.
Mason advises sponsors, corporates, and banks on finance transactions, including leveraged, investment-grade, and real estate financings, and refinancings and restructurings, according to White & Case.
He joins from Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, where he served as a senior associate, said the firm.
