White & Case Gains IP Partners Chaikovsky, Ou in Silicon Valley

White & Case has added Yar Chaikovsky and Phil Ou as partners in the intellectual property practice in Silicon Valley, the law firm said Tuesday.

Chaikovsky will head the firm’s technology intellectual property litigation group, White & Case said.

They have both appeared before the US District Courts, foreign tribunals, and agencies such as the International Trade Commission, USPTO, and PTAB, according to the firm.
