Omar Hemady has joined White & Case as a partner with the global mergers and acquisitions practice and global private equity industry group in Boston, the firm said Tuesday.
Hemady’s practice focuses on investment funds, and he advises asset sponsors on structuring investment funds and other alternative investment vehicles across asset classes, according to White & Case.
