White & Case Expands Global M&A Practice With London Partner

Emily Brown has joined White & Case as a partner in the global mergers and acquisitions practice and global private equity industry group in London, the firm said Monday.

Brown advises fund sponsors on structuring, capital-raising, and operations of a range of funds, including private equity and real assets, according to White & Case.

She also represents investors in all aspects of their investment business, said the firm. Brown joins from Ropes & Gray.
