White & Case Brings on Partner Lim to Its Trade Practice in DC

David Lim has joined White & Case as an international trade partner in the firm’s Washington office, the firm said Wednesday.

Lim will advise clients on export control and economic sanctions matters, as well as government and internal investigations in the space, according to the firm.

He has served as a trial attorney in the counterintelligence and export control section of the Justice Department’s National Security Division, and most recently was co-director of Task Force KleptoCapture, an interagency task force pursuing a government strategy in response to Russia’s invasion of Ukraine.
