Alan Bao has joined White & Case as a partner with the global mergers and acquisitions practice in Beijing, the firm said Monday.
Bao advises corporates, buyer consortiums, and financial institutions on M&A, capital markets, and other general corporate matters, according to White & Case. His sector experience includes financial institutions, private equity, technology, pharmaceuticals and healthcare, and energy.
He joins from O’Melveny.
