Christina England-Livengood joined White & Case as a partner in its global project development and finance practice and global energy industry group in Washington DC, the firm announced Monday.
England-Livengood brings over 15 years of experience leading licensing, contracting, compliance, litigation, and policy development across the full lifecycle of nuclear operations. She possesses cross-disciplinary knowledge in Department of Energy contracting and Nuclear Regulatory Commission regulation, with a history of delivering results in high-stakes regulatory and commercial matters, the firm said.
She joins from the Department of Energy.
