White & Case Brings on Chauvin as Secondaries Partner in London

Alexandra Chauvin has joined White & Case as a secondaries partner in London, the firm said Monday.

Chauvin, who joins the firm’s investment funds practice and global private equity industry group, advises managers and institutional investors on all aspects of their business and operations, with an emphasis on structuring and executing US and European secondaries transactions in private alternative investment funds, according the the firm.

Her experience spans a broad range of private equity-led solutions, including continuation vehicles, fund restructurings, portfolio sales and other liquidity solutions, the firm said.

She joins from Ropes & Gray.
