White & Case Adds Three Partner Litigation Team in New York

Jonathan Polkes, Stacy Nettleton, and Adam Banks joined White & Case as partners in its litigation practice in New York, the firm announced Monday.

Polkes, who will serve as co-head of the global litigation practice, represents clients in securities, corporate, and white collar disputes, as well as government and regulatory investigations, the firm said.

Nettleton represents clients in complex securities, derivative, and mergers and acquisitions litigation in federal and state courts, as well as before arbitration panels. She also advises clients in government and regulatory investigations, the firm said.
