Sasha Belinkie joined White & Case as a partner in its global mergers and acquisitions practice and employment, compensation, and benefits practice in New York, the firm announced Monday.
Belinkie handles compensation and benefits issues and negotiations in M&A and other corporate transactions. She advises on governance matters, securities laws, and compensation disclosure, as well as employment, retention, incentive, equity, and other compensation arrangements, the firm said.
