Rachel Rodman has joined White & Case as a partner with the global white collar and fintech practices in Washington, D.C., the firm said Tuesday.
Rodman defends fintechs, banks, and technology companies in investigations and enforcement actions by federal and state financial regulators, according to White & Case.
She served as senior counsel in the legal division of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau as well as an enforcement attorney in the division of supervision, enforcement, and fair lending, White & Case said.
