White & Case Adds Paul Hastings Tax Duo Birla and Tank in London

Arun Birla and Jiten Tank joined White & Case as partners in its global tax practice in London, the firm announced Tuesday.

Birla and Tank have significant experience and expertise in transactional and tax structuring matters, particularly cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity and finance. They advise institutional clients, family offices and asset managers, among others.

Birla advises clients on the tax aspects of mergers and acquisitions, private equity, private funds, real estate-related matters, structured and asset finance, joint ventures, financing arrangements and restructurings. He brings more than 25 years of experience, the firm said.
