Nicole Daley joined White & Case as a partner in its global mergers & acquisitions practice and global life sciences and healthcare industry group in Boston, the firm announced Tuesday.
Daley, who joins from A&O Shearman, advises on cross-border mergers and acquisitions in the life sciences and healthcare sector. She also advises emerging growth companies in startup and formation matters, corporate governance, venture financings and transformational transactions, the firm said.
