White & Case Adds Melman to M&A, Employment Teams in New York

Robin Melman joined White & Case as a partner in its global mergers and acquisitions practice and employment, compensation and benefits practice in New York, the firm announced Tuesday.

Melman brings experience in executive compensation and employee benefit matters, with emphasis on advising public and private companies and management teams on corporate governance, disclosure requirement, tax and contractual issues that arise in mergers and acquisitions and other complex corporate transactions. She advises the firm’s public, private, C-suite and board level clients, the firm said.

She most recently worked for Baker Botts, according to her LinkedIn profile.
