White & Case Adds Los Angeles M&A Lawyer Barnett as Partner

Mergers and acquisitions lawyer Matthew Barnett has joined White & Case as a partner in its Los Angeles office, the law firm said Monday.

Barnett, who joins from Sullivan & Cromwell, advises domestic and multinational companies and private equity firms on M&A transactions and securities matters, according to White & Case. He focuses particularly on the life sciences, technology, and telecommunications sectors, the firm said.
