Rubina Ali joined White & Case as a partner in its global capital markets practice, derivatives practice and global financial institutions industry group in New York, the firm announced Monday.
Ali advises financial institutions, investment funds and corporations on derivatives and fixed-income transactions. She has experience in complex cross-border deal structures, including deal contingent hedges, risk participation agreements, rate caps, master repurchase agreements and hedging structures, the firm said.
She joins from another law firm.
