Ian Goldberg joined White & Case as a partner in its global mergers and acquisitions practice and global energy industry group in Houston, the firm announced Tuesday.
Goldberg advises on energy transactions, including acquisitions and divestitures, strategic joint ventures and project development, with an emphasis on the upstream and midstream sectors. He also advises on energy transition matters, including the development, acquisition and divestiture of carbon capture, utilization and storage and renewable energy projects.
