Adam Johnson joined White & Case as a partner in its global capital markets practice in New York, the firm announced Thursday.
Johnson advises financial institutions and companies on accessing capital through initial public offerings, equity financings, secured and unsecured high-yield debt offerings and private capital transactions across various industries. He focuses on capital solutions for companies and investment banks, the firm said.
He joins from Goodwin Procter.
