Ruta Kalvaitis Skučas joined White & Case as a partner in its global project development and finance practice and global energy industry group in Washington, DC, the firm announced Monday.
Skučas joins from Crowell & Moring after two years as a partner. She advises on federal and state regulatory aspects of energy matters, including advising power companies, energy traders and transmission and renewables developers on compliance and enforcement issues, White & Case said.
