Richard A. Sawin, Jr. has joined White and Williams as a partner in the Boston office, the firm said Thursday.
Sawin, who was previously with Michienzie & Sawin, focuses on general litigation and insurance defense litigation, according to White and Williams.
He defends clients against claims of premises liability, product liability, negligence, breach of contract, unfair business practices, and indemnity, said the firm.
Richard E. Bennett joins alongside Sawin as counsel.
