He succeeds Michael Sweeney, who is retiring from the company after 20 years including 15 as CLO.
Johnson will oversee all legal and compliance operations for the company’s global businesses and report to Interim CEO Dan Sumner. Johnson previously held legal roles at Jacobs, Vistra Energy, and worked for law firms Hogan Lovells, Kaye Scholer, and Sullivan & Cromwell.
Sweeney will provide advisory support in 2026 on strategic growth projects.
