The Wendy’s Co. has hired John Min as its chief legal officer and corporate secretary, the fast food chain said Monday.
Min most recently was at Kellanova, the packaged food company set to be acquired Mars Inc. in a massive deal. He succeeds E.J. Wunsch, who was recently named president of international business for Wendy’s.
