Weil Taps Simpson Thacher M&A Partner Karaoglan for Firm Return

Iliana Karaoglan rejoined Weil, Gotshal & Manges as a partner in its mergers & acquisitions practice in New York, the firm announced Monday.

Karaoglan represents public and private companies in mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures across multiple industries, including consumer products, media and entertainment, healthcare, and real estate. She also advises on corporate matters, including reporting and disclosure requirements, corporate governance and board matters, and other strategic considerations, the firm said.

She rejoins Weil after one year at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett, where she was a partner.
